Medicine cabinet
I love finding treasures like this one. The cabinet was covered in mud and left in water. Lucky it was only the back.
I cleaned her up and took the back off. The only thing not original is now the back. It was quite smelly inside so after a scrub with sugar soap I painted with a very light chalk paint mix. Once dry I sanded back to near original and was left with a fresh new inside.
On the outside and top was some areas that needed fill. After cleaning and sanding I really loved the colours that were original so decided would try and blend together and not re-paint.

After lots of careful sanding the look I was after started to show.
